So far, things are good for this week, but they usually are at this time. It's the weekends I have to watch. I don't go way overboard, but I'm not as watchful of what I eat or I don't say no as often as I should. I need this to change, so any ideas would be welcome. I started this journey at 189 lbs, my heaviest ever except when I was pregnant, and that was a very long time ago! I got scared, as I did not want to get to that 200 mark (hard for me as I was always skinny when I was young, and never had a problem with weight) I got below 180 very briefly, then went back up. So as of last Wednesday, I was back down to 180.6--keeping my fingers crossed for a Sunday weigh-in. My future daughter-in-law is running in a marathon this weekend, and she has had a much longer road than I have, so I will be watching her, and using her inspiration! Regardless of what else happens, I WILL keep pushing forward!
