I THANK I AM MAKING GOOD PROGRESS AND ON A GOOD ROLL

I HAVE BEEN EATING A LOT HEALTHIER, SLEEPING MORE, EXERCISING MORE ESPECIALLY ON THE WII FIT, WALKING, DOING YOGA AND TRYING THE EXERCISING ON SOME OF THE SPARK VIDEOS AND I HAVE STARTED LOSING WEIGHT. WHEN I WENT TO THE DOCTOR I HAD LOST 4 LBS. AND I KNOW THATS NOT MUCH BUT THATS MORE THAN I HAVE LOST IN A YEAR USUALLY I HAD GAINED WEIGHT. I FELT SO GOOD ABOUT MYSELF AND I TOLD THE NURSE I JOINED SPARK PEOPLE AND SHE KNEW ABOUT THE PROGRAM AND SHE SAID KEEP IT UP BECAUSE IT WILL WORK. I AM TRYING TO GET SOME OF MY FRIENDS TO JOIN BUT THEY DO NOT BELIEVE IT YET BUT I WILL PROVE TO THEM BECAUSE NOW SINCE I AM LOSING WEIGHT I GOT TO LEARN TO TIGHTEN UP MY MUSCLES WHERE I GOT SO BIG, BUT I WILL DO IT FIRST I WANT TO LOSE A LITTLE MORE WEIGHT. I AM SO GLAD I FOUND SPARK PEOPLE AND MADE THE FIRST STEP TO JOIN BECAUSE I WAS SO READY TO JUST GIVE UP AND SAY FORGET IT AND NOW I AM PUMPED AND READY TO DO IT. LET'S GO AND DO THIS TOGETHER!!!!!!!!!!!!!
