October 5 2012--lesson learned....

Okay, I took a HUGE break from exercising and dieting, since April , i had gotten lazy, not so much with the exercising part but with the whole healthy eating part. When I seen 121 show up on the scale i thought alright i can eat whatever whenever, but the scale kept jumping from 121-123 then ended up sticking around 126 , so i was fine with that because i was within 10 pounds of my sp goal.My battery operated scale broke and i had no way of keeping track of my weight so i thought, i can do this...I dont need a scale, i am satisfied where i am at and dont care if i dont loose , i just dont want to bee at 166 ever again so i started eating.and eating. exercising most days but i cut back a lot.Then reality really hit me this past weekend when i jumped on the scale and it read 136...i was so mad i let eating one again get out of control and made a pledge to myself to get back to 126, so now thats what i am doing again, i am so glad to have spark or else i wouldn't know what to do.SO this week i began eating a lot of fresh fruits, drinking a lot of water, and set a new goal for myself (new beginning new goal) i almost eliminated all my soda drinking, since sunday i only had 3 cans of coke zero which is my true weakness, i dont think i could ever get rid of it .The way i grew up soda was just always the drink of choice and so never cared too much for water , but since they have all this flavored water now, i gave it a shot.I have been using flavored enhancer called MIO?? I dont have a lot of information about it, just gives water a flavor which helps me, if anyone knows if it is actuallly not good to drink, please let me know, i am hoping that if i slowly add less and less i can evently drink water without flavor...more than i do know ,i usually only drink about 2 bottles of water a day, but with the mio, i have been drinking up to 5!!!.TOday is friday and i am happy to say that i weighed in at 134 loosig 2 pounds this week, hopefully it gives me the motivation to keep going.

    MIO isn't bad, as far as flavorings go. I mean, ideally, you should be drinking plain water. But MIO is a good option if it gets you drinking your water. And its MUCH better than soda. You can do this! I have faith in you!

    If you can loose the pop and increase the water but do it gradually
