Two weeks back using the food tracker an I am down 6 lbs. Even after spending most of the week eating hospital food - and one day quite literally my dinner was a bag of baked chips and diet soda (since the cafeteria was closed). But note... I chose the baked chips versus the others!
I believe I am going to be successful this time for a number of reasons, primarily I am not on a diet... I am tracking my food - eating what I want but watching the portions. Also, I am not setting out to make this a quick race - If I lose between 1 - 3 lbs a week I will be happy as long as the scale steadily makes it way down. So many times in the past I would lose large amounts of weight, starving myself only to rebound back up again.
