Been sticking to my schedule and keeping up with the demands of training. Ran 8.7 miles this morning, only 5 weeks till the half marathon! Also re-booked a trip to Maryland for right after Christmas, my weight loss has stalled but I still have time to shed a few pounds per my goal. Working out as much as I do helps but I've always known food is my real problem but I've been trying to be a little more mindful about sweets especially. So that leads me to this week's goal- count calories at least 3 days this week. Probably wont be this weekend though because there are plans for Oktoberfest, a work party, and volunteering that will involve pizza so counting calories might be too much, but good old moderation will do fine for now.
