It's been a while since i last posted something on here. i had lost 10 pounds and kept it off and then gained it back and lost it again and back and forth and back and forth like a pendulum. however i am doing well i am about to enter my third week of the walk a 5k program that is here on sparks. i also entered to do the virtual trick or treat walk. and i do have to say i am proud of myself.
I walk my walks thru the waterfront and over the bridge so the view is awesome at night. and my roommate/bff walks with me so im not alone. i kept my gym membership and i am going start using it on my cross train days and i got my punching bag set sooooo i can do that at home :)
some things have changed..i am with someone now who encourages me to do whatever i want and i am happy to have him.. my roommate got fired from my work (we car pooled and there were a lot of issues) however i think him being fired weirdly helped me out with the gym and stress. also i think it will do him good... if that makes any sense at all lol
so i am just gonna keep swimming and smile as i watch the inches and lbs finally start to drop. i really really believe i have this down now.
