Getting Back To Normal

I decided to try going back to water aerobics this morning. My skin infection looks like it is all gone but you can never tell. I only did one hour in the water just in case. I water jogged with weights at a very vigorous pace for 15 minutes (interval training) and did regular water aerobics for 45 minutes. Then I stretched and got out of the water. So far I'm feeling pretty good.
The best part of my morning was that I was able to wear my new H2O swimsuit. It is red and black and fits and swims like a dream. Nothing beats exercising in clothes that fit and are comfortable. I can just do my workout without worrying if something was hanging out that shouldn't be or having to pull the suit down in the back because it wasn't long enough. This one was expensive but well worth it. It is guaranteed to last for one year. I bought it to treat myself. I'm worth the effort it takes to get and stay healthy!
