I have gained 7 pounds. Having to buckle down and get back into my healthy routine. I have a problem emotional eating. Seems I am having problems not getting enough sleep among other things.

    Sleep is a very important process in life. You have to sleep in order to maintain health & continue to lose weight.

    You know your problem and I bet you know how to correct it .

make a decision , I too was having a sleeping problem . I fixed it. no naps in the day time .
