~Addicted to Sweat~

It's so rewarding to recognize the changes in myself now that I have decided to change my mindset.

Lately my motivation and my fitness level has increased and I am starting to sweat alot & I LOVE IT!!!! It makes me so happy to have a sweaty t-Shirt once I finish working out! Everyday now i push myself to see how much I can sweat & it even gets in my eyes! It really feels like I'm doing something great! hehehehehe! I just imagine all of the impurities leaving my body and that pushes me so much closer to my goal! Thank you SP!! Peace & Blessings!

    I feel the same way about working out sweat. I hate the other kind of sweat, but work out sweat is the best. You have a beautiful smile. emoticon

    I used to think I was broken because I didn't sweat, but my heart rate was up. Now I sweat all the time and I love it!! It makes me feel like I did some work. LOL
