Today so far at work has not been that enjoyable. I think maybe I'm just moody, but every little thing is bothering me. Usually I'm in a good mood after a tough workout, but today not so much. emoticon

I had boot camp this morning and am still getting used to the 8lb weights. They make everything a lot tougher, but that is a good thing. I know I need to keep pushing myself. Speaking of pushing myself, I did run/walk with my friend yesterday and we did 3.25 miles in about 38.5 minutes. Now normally running I do 3.1 miles in about 37 minutes, and her and I walked for at least a mile and a half. I'm thinking that I need to start running a little faster because I'm obviously not running too much faster than my fast walking pace. But I also want to work on distance, so I may end up doing a fast run 1 day a week and distance run 1 day, then if I have a third run maybe just whatever I feel like? :) I am still working on where/when i can add in hill running and thinking about the idea of running with ankle weights... haven't decided on that.

This weekend will be fun. We have a friend's wedding tomorrow afternoon and then are going to see the comedian Carlos Mencia. We're staying the night in a hotel saturday night so it will almost be like a mini vaca for hubby and I. I need it. Been kind of stressed out about home life lately. So a little R&R with hubby will be very nice. Let's just hope I can make good healthy choices when we're eating out!
