I think these made perfect sense. So many people work out or eat well for one day or week and then get frustrated because they don't see the results they envisioned.

Good write!! true it's all in what you see and feel when it comes to reading quotes. Just as I may look at the setting sun and think "Wow Mother Nature is one hell of an artist! Another may see the same sunset and think "gee thats really beautiful".
Quotes for me are like "memory joggers". I use them to remember the "truth" in life and the things I sometimes have no patience with. ; )
    Have a great week-end everybody!!

TRILLIUM 22 - so very true! There are many times I read a quote, or saying and think - geez, what a downer... glad I read that. Or, man - I just don't agree. Some of them are spot on perfect and then some of them are like, HUH, what? I just don't get it.

Overall, I like the fact that they make you think and thinking is always a good thing - whether you decide to effect a change or not, is still your decision. You know.

These today didn't spark me (pun intended) too much. Did make me realize that I am not very good at meeting the urgent needs of others, all the time. I have a friend who is outstanding at this. I could be more like her.

    Thanks for sharing and posting!

I like "You are what you repeatedly do." ~Aristotle~ I can agree with that one, relate it to fitness it makes a lot of sense because goals are not accomplished by doing something just a few times.

I'm actually not the biggest fan of inspiring quotes. Yes they sound great, but I they make me feel guilty as much as inspiring action. I like real life stories full of the nitty gritty.
