So, I have been neglecting my sparkpage, BUT, I have not been neglecting myself. I am still counting my calories and keeping my food journal. I have been slacking on my workouts though. I try to make time to at least do 10 minutes a day, but I'm aiming for 30 minutes. I have been staying around 1200 calories a day which was difficult at first because I never realized how many calories are in my "normal" meals. So for breakfast today, I had a BOCA "meatless burger" patty and sliced squash and zucchini, which added up to approx 170 calories. Then I will have a snack, then lunch, then another snack, then dinner. I don't feel like I'm missing out on anything. I feel healthy and energetic. I haven't had a soda in almost a month and my headaches are gone! I post everything on my wall at work so I can have accountability and its working out great. I'm going to do this! AMEN!!!
