Today is day 5. I am down 3.6lbs since Monday morning. I did not make it to the gym yesterday as I had planned, my meeting at my daughters school took longer than planned. However, I did eat pretty well yesterday. I am hitting the gym tonight after work even though my parents are coming from out of town. I will then be cooking and cleaning in preparation for the festivities of tomorrow. I plan to eat healthy all weekend and continue to journal all my food and any exercise-which Im sure will not be alot of exercise, unless I can talk my mother into going along to the gym with me. Which I might actually try that! I hope that everyone here is working hard and remaining on track and that we all get through yet another weekend without any gain!
