I have such a busy weekend coming up, that I've been thinking about how to stay on track with my eating. Tonight I'm meeting a friend and his wife to see their son in a play. We were going to meet for a Happy Hour before, but I'm really trying to stay away from alcohol (I tend to make really bad choices when I'm drinking alcohol). In order to handle this, I'm going home and eating dinner, and meeting them at the play.
On Saturday, I have a horse show. I really don't like the food they have at the food booth, so I"m planning on packing my food so that I won't be stuck with a hamburger or hot dog for lunch.
Sunday will be kayaking, so I'll get my exercise in too.
