A new hurdle...

So my goal was to exercise everyday of October... well I got sick yesterday and spent the majority of the day in bed... ugh. I am disappointed in myself and sad to say that I did not get exercise in yesterday. I barely had the energy to stand up. So where do I go from here... Well I am going to pretend it didn't happen. I am going to continue with the month and work out everyday for the rest of the month. Although I am still not feeling well today, I feel better than I did yesterday and I think I can at least get a walk in. I am trying to turn my negative into a positive!

    It's so hard to exercise when you feel sick and it just makes you feel exhausted. So you missed one day, even if it was two day you'll get back into it. Hope you're better now. emoticon emoticon

  Don't get yourself down. Everyone of us will have those sick days and we just do the best we can. And the best maybe just rest and allow our bodies to restore. If we do not give our bodies rest, we will never function correct and sometimes we stay sick for longer periods of time. I will pray for you that God will heal you quickly and that you will be back on a health track.
