I haven't been on sparkpeople much at all. *IF* I do track my calories/water/exercise I've been doing so on my phone and not logging on the site. I've slacked too much on calorie tracking and exercise...
I am 22 weeks pregnant now. We found out we're having a baby girl! Everything was looking good on the u/s...she was measuring a little bit small but within normal so I'm not too concerned. Her name is Charlotte Caroline. I am feeling good! Morning sickness and exhaustion has subsided and I'm not too big yet so I'm feeling very good.
As far as the weight, I have not been keeping up with my weigh ins consistently. So far though I have gained 9 pounds for the pregnancy. That is not bad at all for this point in pregnancy but I know I have food issues and I can see some unhealthy habits creeping back in my life. I have to keep myself in check.
I'm going to try and at least come and spin the wheel and check in. I think it will do me some good to surround myself with the positivity of Sparkpeople anyway...there's so much negativity on the internet and Sparkpeople is a nice bright spot for me.
I'm looking forward to checking out what all my sparkfriends have been up to in their journeys. Spark on :)
