18. Do you have a go-to meal for days when you have to be on the go, no time to stop to eat and no refrigeration/cooler available?
Kind of, I rarely let myself get into a situation like that. I almost always bring a bag of food with me wherever I go for two reasons. 1) I'm cheap. 2) It helps me stay on plan.
Secondly if for some reason I don't have my little insulated bag of snacks because I didn't accurately gauge the time I would be away from home/food/my refrigerator, I have a little baggie of nuts and dried fruit in my purse and a couple of larabars. Being prepared is the majority of the battle for me personally. If I do have to eat out I just recognize that this is going to be my treat meal because there is no way to predict what restaurants actually put in their dishes regardless of what they say on their menu.
