Well, I was under the 1550 mark yesterday for the first time in 2-2.5 weeks, but just barely.
I will not discuss the weight in this morning I gained in every column or stayed the same. I am very annoyed.
My normal routine is to eat at the very low end (~1100-1300) of my calories during the week so I can splurge on weekends and eat with my BF with out him bitching that I don't eat. I am normally quite good at this, but not in the last month or so. I've been creeping up to the mid and high side of things and the last couple of weeks have been at 2000+ even during the week.
I do believe it is somewhat biologic to need to eat more as the weather changes from summer to fall to winter and it is hard to fight nature. Now, is that a cop out? It has happened EVERY year for most of my life I would put on a couple of pounds in the fall (the start of the season of eating), but drop it after New Years with no effort. What do you guys think?
I have jogged 2x this week and done the elliptical once. I maybe doing the elliptical again tonight, my knee was bugging me more than a little last night. Of course last nights jog was pitiful. I felt like caca and went anyway. I couldn't get a good pace going and walked a great deal more of it that I had planned to. I then play KH2 for a while. I do arm and shoulder weight work during the cut scenes with my dumb bells, so they are a little sore this morning.
I am going to try the 5K training thing starting next week, but it maybe on the elliptical if my knee is still bugging me. Don't want to injure that...
Here are some FUN FALL FUNGI ... (It's been so moist here that there are all kinds of cool looking mushrooms around, so I started taking pictures of them.)
Not sure it this is a fungus, but it looks cool...
