Okay, another good day yesterday. The scale is still cooperating. Whatever I'm doing is working. Slow and steady is going to win this race....I hope I don't hit a plateau, but I think I've been pretty good about mixing up my food choices and sticking to the math. If I ate more on a day then I'd take a longer walk, play tennis or hit a Zumba class on those days. If I ate too little, I'd make sure to get more in so as not to get to a too hungry point. I try to stay in tune to my hunger meter, which is starting to get a bit high right now, so I'd better start making my breakfast. It's gonna be good! Yummm!
