Life is messy. I'm the queen of messy, married to a neatnik, and learning to change my ways! I've always had this neat, organized girl living inside of me...somewhere...I think she and the "skinny" me are off shopping...
I want to come too...
Anyway, I'm getting back on track (I almost said "trying to get back on track", but I've purposed to be more direct - positive in the way I think (and write!)
I've read where some people like to track their food a week in advance. I'd like to know these people and find out what their trick is...the best I can do is plan for a yummy dinner and work my way backwards to make sure I stay within my points range.
Today is a new day. This week is a new week. My plan is simple. Come here every day - read success stories, blog posts, etc. Write a blog every day, even if it's a short blip to say hi to everyone, and move more.
I've still got to put an exercise plan in order. I have a Total Gym downstairs which honestly gets kind of boring, but I know it works - I've just got to use it.
Other than that, I can walk. I'm a bit nervous to do that these days because we have a lot of wolves in the area and some black bear, but I've not heard of any human/animal encounters along the roadways - which is where I would be walking - so we'll see how it goes.
I cannot afford to go to a gym, which is a good thing because there's not one close to me anyway, so these are pretty much my options. I'm not really much on exercise videos, but was thinking it might be fun to check out a dancing video from the library to give it a try. I'll let everyone know how that works out!
Yeah, under the dictionary definition of "two left feet" my mug shot can be found!
