Yesterday I ran 2 miles, as planned. 21:15, not bad. Was not feeling 100% so I did 2:1 Galloway ratio.
Today is 2.5 mile run and ST, as well as tracking my food.
I'm a big cereal eater. When I pour myself a bowl of cereal, it's a whole bowl of cereal. Today I measured out the 3/4 cup that equaled one serving, and my heart (and stomach) sank when I saw how small it was. I didn't even need 1 cup of milk to cover it, so I made due with 1/2 cup (skim).
I know I'm going to be hungry before lunch, but I'm usually hungry by 10:30 anyway. I'm a gum chewer and a water drinker so that helps occupy my mouth and stomach.
Oh, and someone brought us cinnamon rolls at work yesterday, and my boss made each of us take a pan home. So I did, and now I'm making Jordan take it to work because I know the guys in the shop will appreciate it!
Ok, off to pack a nutritious lunch!
