It's weigh-in Friday, so first thing this morning I stepped on the bathroom scale.
I was happily surprised to see 156.2! That brings me to a total loss of just over 5 pounds over the past 14 weeks.
This all keeps in line with my very slow, but steady goal to lose an average of 0.3 pounds a week over the next year (goal is 145). My husband is also on a very long, steady weight-loss journey to lose 50 pounds -- and he's doing so great!
I started the Ripped in 30 workout. I did day 5 of week 1 this morning. So far, so good.
Tonight, I'm celebrating my BFF's 30th birthday! There's a limo that will drive us around to local wineries. This could get silly really fast!
