So yesterday was not such a great food day.
It actually sucked pretty bad because I had a major binge.
Nothing happened to trigger it-nothing happened, it was a pretty quiet week.
The only thing that I can think off was that I was tired.
I've been really tired because I get home late and get up really early for work.
Last week, I came home after work every night(because I wanted to take it easy so my tooth infection would finally go away) and I remember feeling so rested and calm.
But this week, back to running all the time and by the end of the week ,i'm always so tired.
Maybe I should really rethink my schedule.
Exercise is nice,but if going to the gym or zumba makes me tired enough that I end up being in binge mode,maybe it's time to rethink.
But maybe it's not that at all.
Oh. I just had a though. Maybe it's PMS.
I'll see in the next few days.
Today, I am not going to eat until i'm really hungry and i'm going to stick to my program.
But with 5 hours sleep because i stayed up to eat, i'm definitely going to struggle.
I've done it before.
And, it's Friday!
