Well the No Chocolate week has gone well and not a single chocolate has been able to tempt me
So now I add a new goal that of Exercise 30 minutes a day split into three sessions of 10 minutes each.
So it will look like this
10 minutes exercise before Breakfast
10 minutes exercise before Lunch
10 minutes exercise at 4pm before starting to cook dinner.
Why 10 minutes and not do the 30 minutes in one go? Well I have a problem that still needs sorting out I get short of breath when I walk at normal pace so I have to walk slowly. This is a new problem for me and one that is annoying as I could exercise up to 60 minutes a day now I am not able to.
I tried exercising 20 minutes in one go and that was not a good idea. So I am doing exercise in 10 minute bursts. I have tried this already and I can do 10 minutes chair exercise.
So that is the plan 10 minutes 3 times a day. That is better than not doing anything at all. I will be pleased when the Dr's have the test date sorted out so I can find out what is going on.
I could not have the test whilst I had the flu but now I am over it I can so I will get back to the Dr's and see when they will be able to do the Spirometry test.
