I'm still working on my September goals since I got a late start on them. They are:
1) walk my dog everyday 30-70 minutes
2) try a new Raw recipe each week.
So far I have a 21 day walking streak (since Sept 15th), and I've just recently started having Raw Monday blogs. The 4 I posted are the recipes I'm going to try in October.
At any rate, my fresh new goals for October are:
1. begin strength training (just a short 10-15 minute workout each day)
2. have a blueberry smoothie each night: blueberries, greens, almond milk, cinnamon, banana (this is going to limit my evening junk food)
