Okay, so this is my first day. Setting up in here and getting settled. I am hoping that I can keep up this program, as I tend to start things and get about 1/4 to 1/2 way and end up quitting. I don't want to keep up this yo-yo. Last time I did really well was when I really did concentrate on support and help from others. My husband is incredibly supportive and I have to thank him for that, because he struggles with many of the same issues I have and he does try to encourage me to get up and exercise. I am really starting to find what I like and what I don't and really working with what I like and not worrying about what I don't. My goal right now is just to move, and move consistently. Well, that's all for know. Hopefully I can continue this journey.
