I’m happy that this challenge only took the 30 days! Yay to not getting sick again.
My results are as follows:
Weight lost: 5 lbs
Overall I’m pretty content with my results. My weight loss isn’t as much as I would’ve liked. I hit a major plateau for a while there, it was a bit discouraging but I still plowed on. That’s also why I’ve incorporated running into my workouts now, I hope to see more results with the added cardio. All in all, good month!
