i am realy pleased with this weeks weight loss.
i have been keeping my calories pretty good below what my body uses, and i cut out the mayo i was using. that alone was a lot of calories and extra carbs. I also started adding some more food. I know i was way under in my calories.
anyway, i am really happy. am one pound away from getting out of the 340's woohoo!
im working on it in 10 lb goals right now. is a lot easier to reach!.
am loving atkins right now!!
