New Month, Clean Slate

So I created my profile a few weeks ago, but would log on sporadically. I realize every day is a day to start fresh, but sometimes a girl just needs a new month. October is my new month. Mondays are my weigh-in days and October started this past Monday, so it was a perfect way to start anew for me.
I exercised on Monday, Tuesday, twice on Wednesday, and once today-I was going to go to Zumba tonight actually, but after walking around the Rosebowl I realized my feet were killing me. Came home and saw I had a HUGE blister on each foot. Totally sucked and it hurts to even walk. I'm hoping they'll be healed for the mostpart tomorrow because I'd really like to get a Zumba class in.
I realize it's technically been less than a week, but I feel like something has clicked. I can't quite explain it but something is different. I'm eating well, I actually truly look forward to exercising and though I've tried so many different diets/weight-loss programs in the past, I have to say-I really really like this platform. I actually look forward to tracking my food and exercise (shocker!) and getting points. Not to mention, I love all the motivating articles and pages.
I've been overweight my entire life, and I don't think I remember a New Year's Eve Resolution that didn't start with "This year I'm going to lose weight and get healthy...really..." but the way I'm feeling, this is going to be my year. In the words of Yoda: "Do or do not, there is no try." Word, little man, word.
