sugar is sugar but

Thursday, October 04, 2012

An apple and a banana this evening saved me from yet another chocolate bar. ..

Yes it is sugar, but i think my body uses it differeently, i know my head does. aND FRANKLY there is something to be used aside from the attractive poison.

Dr dr--- seeing a lot right now to take care of things i avoided (partly using sugar as a numbing agent) for too too long. REally i'm tired of feeling this way, but am so so so wrapped up in dr stuff it may take over my life rather than helping me keep one.

nuff whining,

If you chose an apple and banana over a candy bar then you got a lot more nutrition and less fat. The sugar that is naturally found in fruits is way different than the refined sugar that has been processed to be void of any vitamins and minerals. Way to go for making the choice.

You sound down. I think it is the sugar withdrawal. Hang in there, natural sugar from fruits is definitely different. You will be fine.

Yes for sure...I have shakes for breakfast and lunch...as they are sweet and I find them filling too as their is protein in the shake mix I use as well as many vitamins...it keeps the cravings away and typically I don't tend to look for chocolate then...then my snacks consist of fruit vegges or nuts...sometimes the nuts are salted to keep the salty chip cravings at bay as well...but remember we are human and we tend to have moments where we fail...however the fruit was a way better option
