Good Thursday Sparkfam! It was a beautiful 76degree day here in Chicago, sun shining and a gentle breeze blowing through my hair. That was this morning, by the time I left work to go to my sons' after school choir activity it was drizzling. Then by the time we left his school it was coming down. Of course the temps dropped some 15degrees & once inside the house the rain stopped. UGH!!
So this morning I made time for myself with doing some time on the dreadmill & spend some time doing step aerobics this time was for me. But I wanted to come home & do some kickboxing but I just had my dinner & went upstairs put on my workout gear & went to sleep. I woke up just in time to watch Grey's Anatomy & Scandal which are my guilty pleasures...Tomorrow is another day & I WON'T let sleepiness get in my way....
So what do you give up to workout when it's your gym/workout time?
