Today and Tuesday I did Zwow #6 and wow oh wow lol. It was only 10 minutes (and I tapped out at 9-ish) and it kicked my butt more than my 40 min. C25K walk/jog. On Tuesday, I completed two full rounds of the three exercises and one set of the Pulse Plyo Jumps. Today, I completed three rounds and one set of the Pulse Plyo Jumps. On both days I probably could have done a second set of the Side Burpees but my thighs and butt weren't having it lol. So, the final 30 seconds or so were spent on the hops at the end of the Side Burpees because I couldn't get them all in doing the set. Zuzanna's workouts are short but KILLER!
Yesterday, I did C25K - Week 1 again. I increased my pace because I finished the podcast in 2.1 miles as opposed to approximately 2.35 miles on Monday. Jogging/ walking outside is much more different than the treadmill. I seem to forget this whenever I take my workout outside. I just tell myself the variances in the trail are using muscles I don't normally use and help with balance. Anything to get me through.
Also, I did a Pole class on Monday and Tuesday night. Both strenuous in different ways. I'm a beginner so coordination and remembering the movements are still a challenge for me.
I don't know if I should edit my weight for Monday because I did it at the end of the day. When I woke up the next morning, on an empty stomach, I weighed 2lbs less. I'm not really sure which is more accurate but when I weighed again before lunch I stilled showed 135lbs. This morning it was 134lbs. I'm not obsessive about the number at all so it's not a big deal. I think I've weighed myself more times this week than I have in the previous 9 months combined, lol seriously.
