So tonight was my third night of jogging. I was really proud of myself tonight. I ran 2.2 miles in 26 minutes. This is four minutes faster than the other night when I jogged. Since I still have this cough/congestion in my chest -- I see this as AMAZING! I am not really sure what I need to do with my exercise tracker as I end up exercising for about 10 minutes less than when I do the exercise bike. Hoping that my calorie range is still on target.
