Day 1 Recipe-Skinny Chimichanga

I am trying to cook a recipe a day out of one of my many cookbooks or Sparkepeople Recipes. Tonight's dinner Skinny Chimichangas.
It was a simple recipe out of one of the Weight Watchers cookbooks. Here is the recipe with my changes.
1 pound ground beef
1 onion, chopped
4 tsp chili powder
2 tsp oregano
1 tsp cumin
Brown this together and drain off excess fat.
Add to the meat:
1 jar green chili salsa
1 can green chilies
Bring to boil and simmer about 5 minutes to thicken.
Add 2/3 cup cheese
Put 1/2 cup mixture in tortilla fold in sides than roll up. Place seam side down on greased baking sheat. Spray tops with cooking spray.
Bake at 400*F for 20 mins.
It was really good and filling. Makes 8 servings.
Here are the stats:
Original recipe called for ground turkey and tomato sauce instead of salsa. I like more flavor.
Tomorrow I will do a quick lunch as I have work and a football game.
