...but you just gotta do it.
I have learned that I am one of those people who sweats a lot at the gym. EWWWWWW. I hate sweat. It feels gross, it looks gross, it smells gross, its just gross. Do not like. Not at all.
However, I so love the feeling of leaving the gym, walking back to my dorm and having a nice cool shower, then feeling really good for the rest of the day and sleeping well at night.
Its worth the nastiness of sweating all over the place.
Also, did you know that at the gym you have to wipe equipment down after you use it cause its covered in sweat? Of all the things I assumed about going to the gym, that was NOT one of them.
I'm going home this weekend for Thanksgiving (yeah, I'm Canadian, so its this weekend). The problem with going home is that I have no internet access (cause I live out in the boonies) so I can't track my food or my workout. On the plus side, I can ride a real bicycle and go running on a real trail instead of doing it at the gym while staring out the window at the parking lot and trying to figure out why the medical research bulding has four smoke stacks. What would medical students need to burn anyway?
