Week 3 P90x

Today was Chest and Back and Ab ripper x again. I must say i am getting better...lol..Still have to do push ups from the knees though but am
able to get closer and closer to the floor.
I am using a 40 pound resistance band now for pull ups, which alot of men use. I feel the strength increasing in my upper body. Some days i get overwhelmed by it all, having to eat alot more protein with this program and little carbs to start out with. But i am sticking to my guns and seeing this 3 month program through. Here's to another successful week for all of us...
