Don't feel skinny, but look great!

So, I come to the realization that I have a long way to go. LOL. Just kidding. I have known for a while I have a ways to go. Last year I tried losing weight, well, I didn't try that hard. But I attempted to start. Ok Ok. I thought about it and signed on here.

But this time its different. And I can actually say it is because I have almost reached my 25 pound loss.

I use the Wii Fit to track my progress in weight and to work out with as well. for those who know how it work, you can set a weight goal too. I used to do every two weeks, but realize that things happen and I wasn't making my goals. So i changed it to 10 pounds per month. I did this for September and tomorrow was suppose to be my goal date...was?....yes, today I reached that goal. I made my 10 pounds one day earlier. And it wasn't because I crash dieted either (I actually had chinese buffet yesterday). I was for sure I wouldn't make it this month because of all the bad eating and discouragement I had this time. But I surprised myself and here I am.

So now my new goal is another 10 pounds by November 4. But since I am in the 5% challenge, my goal is going to be different because I really want to make my first team competition good. I am revved up and ready to go. I invite anyone to join in this challenge. It looks like fun and it gives you plenty to acheive along the way. For instance, the water challenge is first. But it starts Saturday, so you better join now. I am the EL for the Cloverleafs. emoticon

So to end this blog I simply say Good Luck to all. I know not too many read these but for those who do, I know you understand and I know you will do your best.
