Just a little anxious

It is the day before my weigh in for the week emoticon . Yeah I am nervous but at the same confident that I am on the right track. I have kept to my exercise and food intake. I even tried a new breakfast cereal emoticon

FYI Red Mills Whole Wheat Flakes are the BOMB!! You make them like oatmeal and I added golden raisins and brown sugar. If you order on Vitacoast (via Amazon) its only like $3.00 because at Whole Foods it was 6.00 for the same bag! emoticon I plan on trying some more Red Mills products to help increase my fiber intake and keep things interesting.

For my workouts I have done a combination of workouts. They have all been circuit training which has been fun.
Monday- Biggest Loser Low Intensity
Tuesday- Biggest Loser High Intensity
Wednesday- Booty Time w/ Shaun T
Thursday- Rock It Out and Hard- Core abs both with Shaun T
I think I will end the week with another Biggest Loser workout (Strength and Sculpt)
I also have X- Treme TimeSaver Training with Jackie that I plan on breaking open next week.
I also thinking about hitting a zumba class that my original zumba instructor teaches. It is a little far from me so I am going to go at least twice a month on Saturdays. emoticon

I finally feel like I am back on track and ready to tackle this second half of my journey emoticon
