I'm still working hard and feeling the benefits, managing to curb my eating with the addition on a protein shake most days and am exercising every single day.
Today I completed the second of my week 2 C25K runs and found it much easier than Tuesday's run, the weather was cold bu sunny and I enjoyed being out and about.
Yesterday I went to a High Intensity Aerobic session with my Fitness trainer, there were just two of us in the class and it was great, I did end up with very achey calf muscles though which is an area that has never ached before.
Hoping next week is as good:-)
