Well, on Tuesday I limped into the doctor to see what was wrong with my hip/thigh. Who knows how, but it looks like I just pulled a muscle in my upper outer thigh. ( The doctor said doing dance aerobics on Monday probably didn't help). Now that I have taken a a couple days to rest (with taking muscle relaxers and pain med thats all I could do) I am starting to feel much better. I only limp when I first stand up and after that not much pain at all. I am hoping to do dance aerobics tomorrow morning if I improve as much as I did tody. Wish me luck!
