My knees are feeling better. I did a lot of walking yesterday but it was at a much slower pace. The result was a big reduction in my pain level. My guess is that I walked even faster than I originally thought on Monday. Today I also did quite a bit of walking, again at a pace that was much slower. I'm still getting my workouts but they aren't as intense. I'm satisfied with that. (I still can't wait to get back into the water!!!)
The great news is that I weighed in this morning and I am another 1.6 pounds down! (1.6 pounds equals 1 pound and 9.6 ounces) Since I began two weeks ago, I'm down 5.2 pounds (5 pounds and 3.2 ounces). I lost just under a pound the week before I started WW, so my total loss is an even 6 pounds!!! I'll take it!!! After having been on a plateau for three months, starting to lose again is a welcome relief and very exciting! On my walk today, I was doing a happy dance!
