sticking with it

I need to stick with it this time. I don't know if I could take another fail. I'm so motivated for a week at a time and then it's done and I'm faced with starting over. All positive thoughts. I am planning to do a 5k running program three times a week and hot yoga two to four times a week. I am used to a lot of physical activity I just need to get my eating in check. Wish me luck emoticon

    Wow! Thank you all so much for your comments. I have been trying to apply some ETL concepts to my life this week (while getting over a cold) and got on the scale this morning and noticed a 3 pound difference!!! I can't wait to get started and I know it wont be easy. Thank you for sharing your experiences! Great job! emoticon

    Welcome to the ETL 6 week challenge. I completed mine one week ago. Everything he said in the book about the plan is true for me. I got used to all the vegetables and beans, my taste became more sensitive without salt, and I felt better right away. Over time I came up with enough interesting ways to prepare salads and vegetables. Also it allowed me to find my hunger. it will be such a good nutritional framework for your young life.

    my sister walks 15,000 steps a day at 63 y
    ears old and has lost 105 pounds. she went from a size 24 to a size 10. all her health issues dropped off as the 105 pounds dropped off. took 16 months.

    i gave up grain and sugary products and have lost 44 pounds at age 60. i went from a size 18 to a size 10 shorts and medium tops from a 1 or 2x. took 7 months.

    we are both still loosing weight until we reach our goal
