but I didn't do it! just to be upfront!

ohhhh how mother nature plays tricks on us every month - and this month she is really playing hard - but I won't cave in - I am doing well and want to stay on track!
so breakfast: apple and banana
snack: oatmeal - yup a bit backwards but it worked
lunch: chicken noodle soup and a salad
snack: yogurt and an apple
dinner: no idea yet
water 80 oz at work and 40 at home
no real exercise yet today but there is volleyball tonight - don't think they will let me play but I can practice - just not good enough to play with the "big boys" yet - lol and no they aren't all boys just seasoned players and I'm a beginner.
