Only two days of eating on the diet, because day 1 I was still doing some planning and buying food. Plus I went out with my friend and we saw Celtic Woman on Tuesday and had dinner - one wonderful evening spend with good company.
So in practice only two days. It is not going too badly. Calories wise...well, I've tracked the past two days on SP and found that the Calories vary between 1250 to 1350 for the two days. SP says that my calories should be between 1600 - 1900. That said, the amount of food feels enough because of the large amount of veggies. Only problem is that my body cannot handle the fruit. I was used to eating a half to one serving of fruit a day - now I have to have 3 fruit servings a day - I just cannot do that. My stomach gets really upset with me and I feel nauseous and have pain across the very top half of my stomach. Which does not make me very happy.
I'm a little bit hungry at times. Especially when it gets to a mealtime then I feel it. Tonight after dinner I still feel hungry, but I suppose it is because I had to improvise on dinner tonight and might not have eaten enough food.
Well, I hope to have a good day tomorrow, as we will be driving to another town and I won't be in the comfort of my own home. I'm packing my meals though, so I should be fine.
