Total weight lost: 5 pounds
It's Day 5. I woke up this morning with bad cramps - it's that TOM. :( Unfortunately, I have to work today, so I took Advil, even though the juicing purists would say that's taboo. If I could just stay at home all day I may have tried to suck it up. Anyway, I was hoping that taking Advil on an "empty" (juice filled) stomach wouldn't be a problem, and thankfully it wasn't.
Juices for today: Green Juice, of course. I also made a V8 type juice which I haven't tried yet. Breakfast was Grapefruit-Tangerine-Honeydew. I also made this AMAZING Apple-Carrot-Ginger juice. What made it really good was that I boiled no more than 1/2 cup of apple juice with a ton of cinnamon (at least 1 tbsp.) and added that back into the juice. Mmmm-mmmm.
I think my weight was down 1/2 pound today. I listed my weight yesterday as 174, but I think it was actually 174.5. Since it's TOM, I may lose a few pounds over the next few days because of that.
