Goals.. Ready. Set. Go!!!

So today when I was going to pay my 24 hr membership I realized I haven't been with my personal trainer in 3 months.. in fact I haven't even worked out in 3 months. Yikes! Time flies.. So I've decided to reevaluate my goals. I also took the time to evaluate what's been stopping me from attending the gym. I've decided that there's a self conscious boundary.. what does that mean?? I need to step into my big girl shoes and hit a treadmill! Just as I was about to click that cancellation button I've decided to give it one more chance. I have 2 choices; Give up and stay self conscious of every move I make OR to be the fat girl on the treadmill that's actually working toward a physically healthy lifestyle. You betcha! Anyways, my new found goals are to drink allot of water (no brainer!) Log into Sparkpeople daily (they really need an app for this), and lastly to go out and enjoy the day everyday. The last one is my favorite because when you think about it you can't live this day again. Once it's gone it's gone, there's no time to be a HERMIT! :) just random inspiration I gratefully stumbled upon this morning, that i thought I'd be able to share.

    I love that last goal: enjoy the day every day. Too often it is to easy to be negative about things going on around us. Great attitude!!!!
