Start small, dream big

I have struggled for a long time with binging and out of control eating, however I'm finding that the Spark idea that large accomplishments start as the meeting of small goals (with rewards emoticon ) works!

So, I'll keep making small steps, progressing and possibly slipping at times, but I'll keep moving forward!

What small steps have you taken towards reaching your goals?

    Yay! My small goal for the moment is max 1 binge per week. It is challenging for me, so I am not even going to count overeating for now...that will come later. If I tried to make my goal "max 1 time overeating or bingeing" per week it would be a great accomplishment, but quite unrealistic for now. Let's keep working on small goals!
