Is it Thursday already?

I have had a hard week emotionally and mentally this week. I picked up a new job.
Anyway, I fell off the wagon yesterday eating out twice. I am determined to make it through the week without anymore mess ups. I am behind on my work outs. I promised myself I would workout 30 minutes a day. It was a lofty goal. I am praying that I can get some exercise in over the next 4 days. I am hoping for a beautiful week so I can go outside and spend some time. My apartment complex has a outdoor jacuzzi so I might try that. Having said all that, I think I am down 4lbs already.

    Working out can be a trial sometimes but walking is the easiest exercise of all. I sometimes walk a race track pattern in the house during TV commercials coupling that with Coach Nicoles easier routines.
