So the weight isnt coming off as quickly as I would like this time around.

And I feel as if I have hit a plateau.

However something awesome happened this week. My Scale broke! So I havent been on it in like 9 days, and I decided to measure myself for the first time in months.

I am so proud, I have lost 4 inches off my waist, 3 off my hips, and 3 off my thighs!

And before I measured myself i was hopping on the scale every few days to see that it wasnt moving very much.

So it goes to show that you dont need a scale after all!:)

    You are so right, it's not just the weight you need to look at, otherwise you will tend to get a little down in the dumps. The scale doesn't move, but things are changing on your body that shows different.

    I measured myself a few weeks back to see I was down an inch everywhere. Now having issues with my bra's, 36C doesn't cut it anymore and when I bought 34C's the cup sizes are smaller. Not quite sure how the heck that works. A C should be a C no matter what. Oh well.
