Taking some time today to read posts from "Find a Buddy" group. I find it interesting that so many people think just like I do. Our similarities are more than our differences yet we all come from different walks of life.
One of the most common emotions is fear. FEAR of where we are in our scale weight, FEAR of not being good enough, FEAR of not "doing it right", and FEAR of no one understanding us. I experience this as well. It's amazing to me how easy it is to dwindle down this lonely rabbit hole.
I've given away many minutes of my life with unnecessary fears and worries. Energy was wasted on my own mind games and instead of picking up from right where I am, I enjoy being a couch potato and letting life pass me by. I believe the statistic is that 90% of what we fear, never happens anyway.
Today is a new day! I learned something through all this reading and that is to let go of what I'm struggling with and MOVE ON! Living life each day to its fullest is what it's all about, even if that number on the scale isn't what I like to see. THANK YOU Sparks peeps for sticking with me on this journey!
